Terms of Sale

Last updated: 2026-10-24. These terms are a summary — the Proforma Invoice (PI) you confirm for each order is the binding document.

1. Quotations

Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Incoterms (EXW / FOB / CIF / DAP) are stated per quotation. Prices in USD unless agreed otherwise.

2. Payment

• Samples: free of charge for stock items; freight collected or negotiated.
• Standard orders: 100% T/T advance before production unless credit terms are agreed in writing.
• Repeat customers: net terms negotiable after 3 completed orders.

3. Lead time & shipping

Lead times shown on product pages are standard estimates; the confirmed lead time is the one on your PI. Every passive component order ships with its batch swept test report.

4. Warranty

12 months from shipment against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty does not cover misuse, over-voltage, electrostatic damage or unauthorized modification.

5. Returns (RMA)

• Custom and build-to-order items cannot be returned after production starts, unless defective.
• Defective items: contact us within 30 days of receipt with photos or test data; we replace or repair at our cost, including freight.

6. Export compliance

ECCN classification is provided per item. The buyer is responsible for import compliance in the destination country. Products sold on this site may not be used to interfere with licensed radio communications. We do not sell jamming or interference equipment.

7. Website information

Specifications, prices and stock shown on this website are indicative and confirmed at quotation. In case of conflict, the PI prevails.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes are settled by friendly negotiation first, then by arbitration in Xiamen, China.
